Role Profile:
Deliver the Annual Audit Plan for ones own area of
responsibility, at the same time, ensuring that satisfactory management,
administrative, financial and risk controls are in place to facilitate
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Identify and Address areas within Audit to improve/achieve
strategy.
Carry out and Manage Audit Reviews
Provide feedback to Senior Management
Knowledge:
Graduate Qualifications in Accounting/Finance from reputed
universityProfessional accounting / auditing qualification i.e. CA, CPA, CIA or
its equivalentWorking knowledge of ACL teammate and Oracle.Advanced hands on
experience in MS officeComprehensive knowledge of internal audit methodologies
Experience
8-10 years relevant audit experience, with 5 years in
supervisory capacityPreferably 2-3 years work experience in Big 4 Accounting
firmsExposure to a retail environment (preferable)Multi-site or multi-country
audit experienceExperience performing risk-based audits
Skills:
Fluent in written and spoken English with good report writing
skillsManagement skillsAttention to the detail but also ability to see big
pictureAnalytical skills
